Great location with spacious rooms
I just spent 2 nights at a hotel in Cairo that had a fantastic location right next to City Stars Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms were above average in size and the bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. While I appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff, the rooms could really use some updates to enhance the overall experience.

The Staff Made It Memorable
The warm hospitality from the staff truly set this stay apart. They were always attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The breakfast selection was impressive and fresh.
However, I faced an issue with room temperature. the heater wasn’t switched on, which was uncomfortable at times. It took a few requests before blankets were finally brought to our room.

Hallway carpet patterns can be disorienting!!! Rooms suffer from poor lighting and noise from the nearby mall is bothersome!!! Adding a women's section in the gym and massage facilities would elevate the experience significantly!!!

stayed at this hotel recently, and it was quite the experience. the hallway carpets were absolutely disorienting, i mean, come on! went to the pool, but no one bothered to check on my comfort. with that room rate, i expected at least a complimentary gift, but no, i guess that's too much to ask for. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
